Since if there is any opening we will come to know first or just check is there any vacancy.... since we are working in that company, it will be easy for us to tackle... it can be your company or it can your friends company....
You can mail the vacancy avaliable in ur company.. or if u get any mails from ur friends or company, just FORWARD A MAIL TO THIS EMAIL, such that... we will come to know or the people who opens the mail will come know. They can approach u, or the vacancy.
If the present situation continues, one day or other, i or u will be in the list.. So, why cant we help each other.
