Senior QA Engineer:

EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL: BE/BTech in any branch

EDUCATION – PREFERRED: BE (Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical & Electronics) .

EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED: You are a well-rounded QA professional with at least 5 years of experience in the area of Quality Assurance, and in testing of various types of software. You have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and the drive to deliver on time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Driven and able to complete tasks autonomously and under pressure
· Ability to grasp new concepts and skills quickly.
· Experience in at least one testing automation tool.
· Experience in Agile Development Methodology, working in sprints, SCRUM.
· Experience in at least one scripting/programmi ng language – Java, JavaScript, VBScript, PERL, Python, Tcl etc.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
· Experience in testing Java stand alone applications, and especially Eclipse RCP framework based applications.
· Experience in automation using Squish for Java.
· ISTQB Foundation Certification completed.
· Knowledge in the area of Data Centre Design.
· Experience in Mercury suite of testing tools – QC, QTP etc.

TRAVEL: May be required, International to NAM/EMEA.

Senior Web Designer:

EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL: A degree in Usability Engineering ideally combined with a Graphics Design background or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED: You are hard-working, enthusiastic, have top-notch communication and interpersonal skills and are committed to excellence and quality in everything you do. You have a documented experience designing successful and visually appealing web-based applications.
3+ years minimum in relevant area.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Driven and able to complete tasks autonomously
· User Interface design for web application – HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Prototype, Scriptaculous.
· Excellent knowledge in web standards and cross browser compatibility.
· Proficient in table-less design.

· Web usability best practices
· Graphics design using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent tools.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2 – DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
· Presentation and copy-writing skills
