Experience & Qualifications
8+ years experience in testing domain.
3+ years experience in managing / executing test projects in a product development model .
3+ years Automation Test Development (PERL, Python, UI Automation tools like QTP, SilkTest).
3+ years leading teams in project plan execution.
3+ years developing project plans.
2+ years experience in people management.
Strong technical knowledge in the areas of Black box test techniques & methodologies, Windows concepts, Testing of C++ apps Prior experience on working with web based deployment models is preferred
Performance / Security testing knowledge will be a plus.

Competencies / Skill sets required for the role
Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Engineering in Computer Science from recognized Indian/foreign Universities 10+ yrs of experience
