· Printer troubleshooting
· Vendor co-ordination (with IBM)

- Snap log(AIX)
· ERRPT analysis in AIX
· Linux Raid issues troubleshooting
· Autosys jobs troubleshooting in AIX and Linux
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the above mentioned skills.
Position : 2
Net backup
· Device Management - Robot and Tape drives
· Adding and removing devices
· Policy management
· Log analysis
· Netbackup job log analysis
· Creating trouble tickets and co-ordinating with vendors
· IBM (for servers and Storage devices)
· Sun Storage Tech (Backup devices)
· Symantec (for Netbackup software issues)
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the above mentioned skills.
Position : 3
Storage Admin
· Strong in concepts and management of Storage devices
· (IBM DS4000, 4700, 8000 etc)
· Manage NetApps Filer 7.1 ONTAP
· Removing and adding storage sub-system
· Threshold alerts
· Battery replacement - Vendor Co-ordination
· Fault drive replacement
· Creating and removing snapshot
· Release locks
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the above mentioned skills.
Position : 4
Microsoft Windows Administrator
· Advanced technical troubleshooting experience
· Demonstrated self-starter and demonstrated ability to work autonomously or as a team to resolve problems
· Experience with Microsoft Clustered Servers to include Exchange, DHCP, Print, and File Clusters
· At least 3 years directly related work experience
· Working knowledge in VMWare - ESX Servers
· Microsoft 2003 Certified
· Expert knowledge of Windows 2003 Server, Exchange 2003 and Windows XP
· Advanced knowledge of group policies
· Troubleshoot Network and Application connectivity issues
· Creating and Managing Printer Queues
· Raid management
· Disk Quota management
· IBM Blade Management (checking Status and bringing it up)
· IBM DSA log collection
· Remote Server Management (Avocent DSVIEW,Timbuktu, MSTSC)
· Understanding and troubleshooting Batch jobs
