We are now looking for:
Role- Team Member
Candidates need to have experience in any one the following areas:
Purchase Order Entry and Database Control:
Enter data and verify accuracy of data entered into the merchandising system
Process price changes
Handle research requests
Receive store overrides and communiqués and researches to conclusion
Logistics
Track and expedite all sku’s ordered for Seasonal, End cap, POG Reset and Special Events
Ensure on-time delivery to DC’s and stores through preparation, monitoring and maintenance
of import and domestic tracking spreadsheets.
Proactively communicate with Vendors, freight carriers, DC staff and corporate personnel to
ensure merchandise is routed and shipped timely. Validate information using carrier
websites and Michaels’ systems (i2, Retek). Identify & escalate problems to the appropriate
individual for resolution prior to event receiving deadlines.
Create and maintain PO / SKU count data for reporting purposes. Assist with maintenance of
the detail in the SKU list.
Merchandise Replenishment
Analyze & recommend timely flow and proper levels of merchandise for all SBA programs
Maintain system parameters in the AR systems that support the accurate and timely ordering
and transfer of goods to the stores and DCs.
Analyze existing / proposed feature sets to: evaluate sales/space productivity, and
inventory/space productivity.
Inventory Allocation
Through historical sales analysis, develop criteria to use for allocation strategy
Through sales analysis, work with Planner to develop wave plan to optimize sales and space
productivity. Tie wave plan to space timing
Review end of season inventory levels and compare actual and plan sales
Incorporate merchandise strategy into the formation of allocation methods.
Review Missed Sales reports in developing allocation strategy and store level plans.

Basic Requirements:
Min’ 15yrs of Regular academic qualification
1 – 5 yrs professional experience
Exposure to back-end support or transaction processing work in similar roles is
preferred.
Willingness to work in Night shifts.
